let’s get physical!

I am gaining weight, or perhaps gained weight already. Yes I am fully aware of it and I know I can do something about it. The first reason is stress, I eat when I am stress and of course due to fatigue, I am lacking daily exercise. I have another way to go on a diet but I think taking diet pills would be my last option. I’ll just pull myself together now and then jump into my home gym and do some workout and cardio exercises. The more physical, the better it will become right?
