Flood Control: Discipline
I can’t believe that almost everywhere here in the Philippines are experiencing some of the worst floods whether it be on rural and urban area. I can’t also imagine the houses that are built on a water level, whenever there is flood, they will be obliged to move their things up, I can always imagine tv lifts reserved for that special purpose. I wish that the flood should be controlled by the infrastructures that are intended to eliminate this kind of occurrence. And as for the everyone else PLEASE! BE DISCIPLINED and THROW YOUR TRASH ON THE PROPER BIN! AVOID THROWING IN JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE, I swear that would help the water flow from the drainage hassle free.
