This myth is about how a magnet can screw four files inside your disk.

A college boy came in to class without homework. The teacher preempts his alibi by saying, ‘Did your dog eat it again?’, Confidently, he retorts, ‘No, my cat sat on my disk, and its fir sent electrostatic charges to wipe out my book report.’

Here is the explanation:

Studies show that it can happen, but the chances of cat fur doing this to disks is as low as your cat sitting on your disk. But it is also true that magnets pose a more viable threat. This is true for old-school floppy disks and hard drives as they have magnetic components. Exposure to a strong enough magnetic field would definitely affect the orientation of the magnets inside.

Solution:

The good news is most people or maybe all of us know about a small, carry everywhere flash drives nowadays. As for the magnets, worry not as long as you know where to put your things. It is foolish to put your compact or flash drives inside a pocket with a magnet on it, same goes to your household, magnets can really destroy your files so be careful.

I’m not yet familiar in owning a house, one that I consider mine. But I know of taking care of a house and putting some decorations on some of its parts. Wall decors, floor decors, figurines, are some of the common house decorations. A house may not have expensive decorations but would look good anyway. How about some cheap interiors? cheap figurines, paintings, Cheap Rugs, cheap wall decorations? Keep it simple but make it elegant to promote a breathable and movable space inside the house. If I would own a house, hopefully someday, I will make it modernistic with a touch of classic style interiors. It should have the basics of the fundamental house but have advance technologies in it, but keeping it simple is the key.

I like my room, but before.. I don’t have a room! It was only lately that I moved in to my sister’s room because she was scared for the reason that her room is in the innermost part of our house, and so I occupied it. Years ago, I sleep in what I call the Video Room, or multimedia room. It has a complete set of audio and visual components and a set of sofa. On the floor is a tile set and a collection of Area Rugs, having a nice rug can really make something out of an ordinary room, but I have to make it clean always to avoid getting some bad odors lurking below. All in all, I love that room, I can watch movies, listen to my song collections and rest all in the same time. But in my room now, I only have the small radio, small television, small table, small bed, all are small to keep the space in the room movable enough.

Years will come and I will have my own home, or an apartment if I do not have enough. I already have a list on my mind on what to buy and what to install on my imaginary house. Rugs, tiles, antiques, audio video set, advanced kitchen set, and some other stuffs. I am thinking, should I make it centralized? Airconditioning and exhaust? I think, it will all depend on my budget, but I would love that. Oh before I forget, I did not mention having a pool on my house, I want to have a pool inside my home, I can visulaize it now, I can see the setting on my mind, I want to dive just right in and swim and swim and swim, hey! don’t blame me, Its just my imagination, its free so don’t stop me. lol!
